Beginning November 12, 2026, this special dinner series takes place on the second Thursday of each month, bringing a new destination to the table withevery gathering. Each evening celebrates the distinctive flavors, culinary traditions, and wine culture of a different region, creating an experience thatgoes beyond an ordinary night out.
Whether you're a passionate food and wine enthusiast or simply enjoy discovering something new, the Culinary Passport Dinner Series offers amemorable way to experience the world without leaving Kinsman, Ohio.

Throughout the series, we'll travel to six distinctive destinations:
Beaujolais, France (Nov. 12th): Discover the character and charm of this celebrated French wine region.
Mexico (Jan. 8th): Explore vibrant flavors and the rich traditions of Mexican cuisine.
Greece (Feb. 11th): Experience the fresh ingredients and Mediterranean influences of Greek cooking.
Sicily, Italy (Mar. 11th): Savor the distinctive culinary heritage of Italy's largest island.
Slovenia (Apr. 8th): Discover the flavors and wine traditions of this Central European destination.
Austria (May 13th): Enjoy the culinary traditions and regional wines of Austria.
Each dinner features a specially curated menu and wine pairings inspired by the destination, creating a unique experience with every visit.

Full Series Passport: $375 per person
Enjoy all six dinners and experience the complete culinary journey from beginning to end.
Individual Dinner: $75 per person
Join us for a single destination that catches your interest, or experience the series one dinner at a time.

Schedule: Second Thursday of each month, beginning November 12, 2026 (Excluding December)
Pricing: $375 per person for all six dinners or $75 per person for an individual dinner (plus gratuities)
Age Requirement: 21 and older due to wine pairings
